YOUR MISSION:

  • Manage orderbook of assigned accounts including Sales orders and Bulk orders
  • Serve as a main point of contact and liaison between the account, internal operations team, and Sales
  • Manage the full order life cycle including internal coordination with Sales, Sales Planning, Demand Planning, Procurement, Compliance, Credit, Allocations and Warehousing
  • Troubleshoot, communicate, and resolve orderbook issues with Accounts
  • Analyze orderbook and develop/ execute a plan to meet customer’s requirements and Sales goals
  • Collaborate with the Credit and Return teams to assist customer’s needs and manage chargeback disputes
  • Responsible for presenting monthly KPIs to Account Success management and manage daily EDI uploads.
  • Meet and represent department with Sales and Accounts, including business travel

YOUR TALENT:

  • Bachelors or Associates degree preferred
  • 2+ year of related experience, preferably in retail or athletic footwear/apparel industry
  • Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
  • Intermediate Excel knowledge required
  • Ability to utilize successful time management and prioritization skills
  • Domestic travel may be required
