About The Role

You will be joining the Higround gaming peripherals division to support our retail initiatives nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess the skills required for the job and lives and can work in the Pacific Standard Time Zone.Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of business development and/or account management experience managing national consumer electronics retailers with 2 complete holiday sales cycles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive team player with a bias for action.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficient with EDI and vendor portals (Including but not limited to: Seller Central, Enabletrading, SPS)
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales team with order processing
  • Provide weekly inventory and sell through report for all key accounts. Track and measure the performance of the account.
  • Effectively leverage customer forecasting system reporting capabilities. Responsible for the accuracy of the customer forecasts and their inputs into the Demand Planning process.
  • Support sales management and retail key accounts in the development of seasonal and core program plans designed to hit target goals set by the retailer around sales, store mix, delivery calendar, inventory turn, and margin.
  • Utilize business reporting to proactively generate tools, procedures, and processes to drive more sales at the account.
  • Ensuring numerous item settings are properly maintained to ensure appropriate store-level product replenishment.
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics including arranging shipments, managing freight costs, and tracking delivery schedules

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with Amazon Seller Central, WMS Platform, BBY Forecasting

Our targeted compensation rate for this contracted position is between $30-$40/hour, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.
