Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy and Campaign Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and customer engagement across Miraclesuit and our new, soon-to-be-launched brand.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and PR, to build compelling campaign briefs, creative concepts, and integrated marketing plans.
  • Manage the campaign development process from ideation to execution, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and objectives.

Marketing Calendar And Project Management

  • Oversee and maintain a cohesive marketing calendar, ensuring alignment across all campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis, measuring performance against KPIs and providing insights to inform future strategies.

PR And Brand Partnerships

  • Work closely with the PR team to develop and execute brand storytelling campaigns, influencer collaborations, and media relations strategies.
  • Identify and pursue strategic brand partnerships and sponsorship opportunities that align with our brand values and target audiences.

Brand Guardianship

  • Serve as a brand steward, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging, visual identity, and brand voice across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to inform brand positioning and marketing strategies.

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and senior leadership, to ensure brand alignment and successful campaign execution.
  • Present marketing plans, campaign updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders, facilitating alignment and buy-in.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, campaign development, and project management roles, preferably within the fashion, retail, or consumer goods industries.
  • Experience in eCommerce and awareness of general industry trends
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms and relevant tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and Figma.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering a superior brand experience.
  • Passion for the swimwear industry and a deep understanding of consumer trends and preferences.
