Position Overview:As an Experiential Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in developingand implementing experiential marketing strategies that elevate our brand and engage our targetaudience. From concept to execution, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to creatememorable events and activations that resonate with our customers.

  • EVENTS


○ Manage inputting event details/ studio classes into events management platform○ Support in creating all weekly ROS documents and distribute across retail teams andambassadors○ Manage product/ supplies inventory with stores: loyalty gifting, waters ect.○ Manage creation of custom story tiles/ IG promo slides with GD○ Manage individual market emails blasts to support sign ups○ Support with marketing assets for event landing pages and emails○ Oversee asset/ image sourcing for monthly experiential newsletters per market○ Support with execution for NSO, store anniversary events, influencer product focusedevents and larger experiential brand moments

  • GIFTING


○ Manage distribution of monthly ambassador product priority doc○ Manage all ambassador discount code requests, gift card creation and distribution○ Support with product doc distribution for ATX, CHI and NY studio instructors

  • AMBASSADORS


○ Manage distribution of monthly event promo links to ambassadors○ Manage creation and distribution of trackable product links/ distribute a weekly report

  • EXTRA


○ Support with talent and venue R+D○ Support on the ground at events, pack gift bags, organize / manage attendee gifting○ Bring forth fresh talent and inspiring events happening in the market placeQualifications:

  • 2+ years in event support role.
  • Experience working with influencers, brand ambassadors and/ or partnerships
  • Proven experience in event coordination or operations
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with event management software.


This role is based in Los Angeles, CA.The wage range for this role is $55,000 - $60,000. Wages are based on several factors including but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
