We are seeking a forward-thinking Human Recourse Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to support all business channels, the factory, stores and our home office.

Responsibilities:

• Benefit administration
• Safety and Workers Comp compliance
• Compensation management
• Training & Development
• Maintain compliance with all local, state (multi-state) and federal laws
• Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs
• Manage and mentor the Human Resources team

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Spanish (required)
• 8+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
• In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in HR software (Must have experience with ADP) and systems, and the ability to analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Experience supporting hourly employees and corporate level executives
