Responsibilities:
- Benefit administration
- Safety and Workers Comp compliance
- Compensation management
- Training & Development
- Maintain compliance with all local, state (multi-state) and federal laws
- Success in creating and driving effective and positive employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Manage and mentor the Human Resources team
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish (required)
- 8+ years of human resources experience in a manufacturing or retail environment.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in HR software (Must have experience with ADP) and systems, and the ability to analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Experience supporting hourly employees and corporate level executives
Candidates must currently live within a commutable distance to our offices in the City of Industry, CA.
