Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Keyholder at Roark's Los Angeles location. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks including product knowledge, communication with customers, retail sales, customer service, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Shop standards and incoming shipment orders.

• Experience in retail sales

• Dedication to providing an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to work part-time and on-site in Los Angeles, CA
• Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
