About the Role

As Higround's Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns for new product launches. This position will focus on developing go-to-market strategies, implementing and organizing the tactics, and delivering all product assets for a successful launch. They will work closely with the CMO and Product Team on messaging creative stories to represent each product. A successful candidate must be a high-energy tactical execution expert and a team player with a friendly can-do attitude.Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Minimum 3 years experience working in related fields of gaming hardware or DTC brands
  • Excellent project management skills to manage multiple launches, projects, and tasks
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized, deadline-oriented, and creative with an attention to detail
  • Understands how to use project management systems (i.e. Asana)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and start-up environment
  • Interest in gaming and understanding of current industry trends
  • Awareness of large influencers and creators in the gaming industry

Responsibilities

  • Help develop and manage go-to-market planning strategies and creative product presentations
  • Work with the Product Team on aligning product design and features to the market and target audience
  • Work with socials and content team to bring together all the parts necessary to execute the roll-out of a campaign
  • Coordinate with influencers and set up PR kits for pre-launch marketing activities
  • Lead execution of experiential marketing and community events
  • Assist in pulling together materials for creative marketing presentations and gathering feedback from the team
  • Develop product messaging briefs, web briefs, product packaging briefs, and all related product launch assets (including product images, videos, web content, and premium marketing materials)
  • Review packaging artwork and content to ensure the highest quality and accuracy, including legal and compliance requirements for various launch countries
  • Partner with employees across the organization, lead and optimize efforts among multiple teams, build strong relationships, and be self-motivated
  • Work with the Product Development team to meet product deadlines
  • Ability to adjust to changing market dynamics and competitive landscapes

Our targeted compensation rate for this full-time position based in Culver City, California, is between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on experience, expertise, internal equity within the organization, and alignment with market data.Do you believe your skills are exceptional and warrant higher compensation?
