POSITION SUMMARY

The Paid Media Coordinator will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing efforts. This position is responsible for developing, monitoring and analyzing digital campaigns across various acquisition and retention platforms, ensuring that our advertising strategies align with our goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for digital marketing and direct-response focused creativity.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Budget Monitoring and Performance Tracking:

  • Monitor/manage daily spend across all media channels to ensure budget adherence.
  • Analyze campaign performance to make real-time recommendations to optimize results.
  • Track/report on key performance indicators to identify trends and opportunities.

Comprehensive Reporting and Analysis:

  • Develop/maintain comprehensive reports on campaign performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Present findings to the marketing team/sr. management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure all reports are accurate, timely, and aligned with business objectives.

Campaign Creation and Management:

  • Create/manage ad campaigns across various digital platforms including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Klaviyo, YouTube, CTV, and others.
  • Responsible for regularly building new ad concepts within Ads Manager platforms, streamlining creative assets, linked URLs, copy, product tags, etc.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, and targeting parameters for maximum effectiveness.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Strategy:

  • Assist in developing/executing media strategies to achieve brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.

Budget Management:

  • Manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns and platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Provide regular updates on budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed.

Audience Targeting:

  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify and target key audience segments.
  • Implement advanced targeting strategies to reach potential customers with precision.

Performance Analysis:

  • Conduct deep dives into campaign data to uncover insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • Use analytical tools and software to measure the impact of paid media efforts on overall business performance.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in paid media management, preferably within an apparel e-commerce space.
  • Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, etc.).
  • Proficiency with office platforms (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns and direct response creative.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
