We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant - Major Accounts to support and maximize our Wholesale Sales team. This will include coordinating logistics between multiple teams: sales, design, production, marketing, creative, and customer service to ensure all aspects of generating and delivering an order are linked.

Position Title: Sales Assistant - Major Accounts

Position Type: Full Time / Hourly – Non Exempt

Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

Reporting To: Major Account Manager (Indirectly to VP of Sales)

Location: Z SUPPLY Headquarter

Schedule: HYBRID = Partial In Office 80% / Partial Remote 20%

POSITION DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Help manage logistics for our in-house major accounts
• Take initiative and responsibility for details relating to these accounts, such as:
• Help prepares for meetings-schedule meetings, organize samples, prepare line sheets, etc.
• Prepare meeting recaps
• Coordinate/track samples for accounts
• Communicate and follow up with accounts
• Price items and calculate markup
• Set up styles in system with tech team
• Communicate with the design, tech, and production team on “special make ups” and complete all associated paperwork
• Fill out transfer forms or inline forms when needed
• At once recaps when needed
• Keep Showroom organized and up to date
• Manage logistics selling operational duties with our off price accounts
• Assist in planning and organizing tradeshows when needed
• Attend tradeshows if necessary
• Learn our internal Business-to-Business platform (B2Z) to support during seasonal launches
• Organize for buy meetings
• Sort and organize samples at the end of the season

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS / COMPETENCIES

• 2+ year of experience in similar role
• Highly organized
• Computer savvy, knowledgeable and experienced with Excel
• Self-starter, problem solver, and able to juggle numerous tasks at once
• Team player that can work well with numerous cross-functional teams
• Experience working with a fashion brand preferred
• Attention to detail

PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORK ENVIORNMENT

• Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, talk, hear, utilize hand and finger dexterity
• Occasionally required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl
• Occasionally work near moving mechanical parts
• While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
• This employee must frequently lift and /or move more than 20-40 pounds
• Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: laptop, copy machine, steamer, rental cars

Salary Range – Hourly Position $28.00 - $30.00 Per Hour
