Job Description

The Sales Operations Coordinator will play a critical role supporting key aspects of Vuori’s Major wholesale accounts day to day business operations and processes working directly with our Internal sales team and buyers of the major accounts. This position will work cross functionally with logistics, AR, planning and sales.Qualifications

What you'll get to do:

  • Manage end to end order book for major accounts
  • Work with the planning team at seasonal buy in to provide forecast data and track order entry at unit and dollar level by order deadlines
  • Provide master vendor seasonal data by designated due date; Data validation all UPC's are set up and ready for customer orders
  • Collaborate with allocations team to ensure timely releasing of orders while maintaining best in class fill rates and limited number of shipments.
  • Communicate with buyer and sales team regarding order status as relates to timing of order releasing pertaining to late or partial deliveries.
  • Adjust order book as necessary based on availability, delays and/or other issues that may arise.
  • Assist with new account onboarding to ensure all customer requirements are understood by and met by distribution center (i.e., Routing Guides)
  • Process return authorizations, and initiate credit memo requests.
  • Ensure proper communication is made and tracked to mitigate charge backs
  • Dispute charge backs in required time providing required documentation.


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with cross functional teams.
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational agility.
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Capacity to analyze order data to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Trouble shoot issues and recommend solutions and process improvements
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft office with advanced Excel skills
  • Adaptability to multiple data interfaces (i.e., ERP, B2B systems, and EDI)
